1974 "Phir Kab Milogi"

Some songs are really too beautiful to be forgotten. But, these days we don't have many songs like that. The songs earlier used to be the representation of emotions, pure and real. Even today they represent the same but, its just, at times, difficult to understand what kind of emotions. Some of the awkward songs- "Jaa Chudail", "Bhaag D.K. Bose", "Tinku Jiya", etc etc.

Well, here is one of my favourite songs from the movie  “Phir Kab Milogi” released in 1974. This song was sung by Mukesh and Lata and the Music Director is the legendary R.D. Burman and lyrics by
Majrooh Sultanpuri. The movie may be forgotten, but the song is really wonderful.

And then in 1996, the remix version of the same song was released by Annamika, pop singer of that time, in the album Intezar. This song really was a hit amongst youngsters and revived the original version.
I personally like both the versions.
